Forensic and Justice-Involved Support Coordination

Arcadia is led by practitioners with extensive experience supporting justice-involved participants across Community Corrections, Youth Justice, custodial settings and statutory treatment orders.

We work with individuals subject to:

  • Supervised Treatment Orders
  • Community Treatment Orders
  • Interim Detention Orders
  • Community Correction Orders
  • Youth Justice Orders
  • High-risk forensic profiles
  • Transition from custody or secure hospital settings

Our forensic practice integrates disability coordination with legal and statutory frameworks. We understand that NDIS supports must align with operational guidelines, community safety considerations and clinical oversight.

Our Forensic Practice Model:

Our team brings deep experience across justice, mental health and disability systems.

We specialise in:

  • Court-aligned NDIS support planning
  • Risk mitigation frameworks
  • Coordination of behaviour support implementation in high-risk contexts
  • Housing stabilisation for justice-involved participants
  • Reintegration planning from custodial and psychiatric settings
  • Coordination across Community Corrections, Youth Justice and statutory agencies

We are frequently engaged where coordination has broken down due to complexity, risk or multi-system involvement.

Arcadia balances participant rights with structured accountability.
We design supports that are sustainable, defensible and system-aware.

Mental Health and High-Risk Behaviour Expertise

Our practice includes extensive experience supporting participants with:

  • Treatment-resistant mental health conditions
  • Schizophrenia and bipolar disorder
  • Co-occurring substance use disorders
  • Psychosocial disability
  • Neurodevelopmental conditions
  • Behavioural complexity impacting community safety

We understand the intersection between disability, offending behaviour, trauma and systemic disadvantage. Our coordination reflects that complexity.

Reintegration and Stability Focus

Justice-involved participants often experience chronic housing instability, placement breakdown and fractured service engagement.

Arcadia focuses on:

  • Stable housing pathways
  • Structured support rosters
  • Clear behavioural implementation strategies
  • Integrated collaboration between disability, justice and health systems
  • Safe and supported transition back into community life

We do not operate as a high-volume provider.

We operate as a specialist forensic disability service.
