She works across court-aligned planning, risk mitigation and cross-agency collaboration to ensure supports are robust, sustainable and responsive to participant needs. Georgie is passionate about helping individuals navigate complex systems and achieve meaningful outcomes.

Shannon brings over a decade of experience supporting adults experiencing psychosocial disability, complex mental health needs and high-risk behaviours. She specialises in reintegration planning, housing stability and coordination across disability, mental health and justice systems. Drew holds postgraduate qualifications in Health Psychology and has extensive experience supporting individuals impacted by mental health challenges, disability and system involvement. She supports participants involved with justice, mental health and statutory services, helping them navigate challenging circumstances and access the supports they need. Molly's approach is person-centred, strengths-based and focused on promoting long-term stability and positive outcomes.
