She works across court-aligned planning, risk mitigation and cross-agency collaboration to ensure disability supports are structured, defensible and sustainable.

Operations Manager / Specialist Support Coordinator

Shannon brings over a decade of experience supporting adults with complex mental health presentations, psychosocial disability and high-risk behaviours. She specialises in reintegration planning, housing stabilisation and coordination across disability, mental health and justice systems.

Assistant Practice Leader/ Specialist Support Coordinator

Lia holds qualifications in Human Services and Social Work, with experience across specialist education and hospital mental health settings. She supports children, young people and adults navigating complex disability and statutory environments.

Specialist Support Coordinator

Drew brings postgraduate training in Health Psychology and a strong understanding of the social determinants impacting disability and wellbeing. She supports young people transitioning to adulthood, particularly those involved in justice and child protection systems.

With a background in Alcohol and Other Drugs and youth mental health, Deejay supports participants experiencing psychosocial disability and co-occurring substance use. Her approach is holistic, inclusive and grounded in collaborative practice.

Grace brings over ten years of experience across education and early intervention, alongside leadership within a registered NDIS provider. She supports children, families and adults experiencing housing instability and multi-system involvement.
