Our Services

Arcadia SSC is part of the All for Smiles Ability Services group, providing NDIS support coordination services for participants in complex circumstances across Victoria.

We currently provide services for clients across the Melbourne, Ballarat, Gippsland and Shepparton regions of Victoria.  We offer in-person meetings as we believe face to face meetings are crucial in understanding our client's needs. 

We work with clients with multiple diagnoses and challenging behaviours and clients involved in the Justice System, Child Protection, or Voluntary Out of Home Care placements with the Department of Families Fairness and Housing.

 Our goal is to work collaboratively with the client and their support team to attain the best outcomes with their NDIS funding by linking with them with the appropriate supports which meet their disability needs and are realistic for their support network to implement.

We work with participants with high complex needs or high-level risks in their situation. We work with clients with multiple diagnoses and challenging behaviours and clients involved in the Justice System, Child Protection, or Voluntary Out of Home Care placements with the Department of Families Fairness and Housing. Our experienced and skilled Specialist Support Coordinators take a comprehensive trauma-informed approach, with in-depth knowledge about early developmental attachment disruption and trauma which informs our understanding of the resulting maladaptive behaviours such as substance use, aggression, and relationship breakdown.  

We work with the participant and their support network to identify the barriers impacting access to support and services and develop an intervention plan to prevent and mitigate crises and reduce overall complexity in their support environment. Once created, our Specialist Support Coordinators will continue to monitor the plan and ensure the participant has consistent delivery of services and access to relevant supports during crises.

We work together with the participant and their support team to understand their NDIS funding and NDIS processes. We support the participant to identify and implement NDIS supports and services that assist them in working towards their documented goals and building the participant's capacity in their wider support network.
