At Arcadia, our mission is to empower individuals and families through compassionate support and guidance. We believe in fostering resilience and promoting mental health in our community.

At Arcadia SSC, we provide expert Specialist Support Coordination services for NDIS participants with highly complex needs or elevated risks. We support individuals with multiple diagnoses and challenging behaviours and those involved in the Justice System, Child Protection, or Voluntary Out-of-Home Care placements under the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing.  

Our skilled and experienced Specialist Support Coordinators adopt a trauma-informed approach grounded in a deep understanding of early developmental attachment disruption and trauma. This perspective informs our work in addressing maladaptive behaviours such as substance use, aggression, and relationship challenges.  

We collaborate closely with participants and their support networks to identify barriers that limit access to essential supports and services. Through this process, we develop tailored intervention plans aimed at preventing and mitigating crises while reducing the overall complexity of the participant's support environment.  

Our commitment extends beyond planning—we actively monitor the implementation of intervention strategies to ensure participants receive consistent, high-quality services. During times of crisis, we provide critical support to help participants access the resources they need, fostering stability and better outcomes in their lives.

We work together with the participant and their support team to understand their NDIS funding and NDIS processes. We support the participant to identify and implement NDIS supports and services that assist them in working towards their documented goals and building the participant's capacity in their wider support network.
